Why families book ZAMIST
If your marks, budget and timeline cannot support a country, we say so before you spend. If they can, our team handles the applications, documents and visa work. You are not sent home with a checklist and a prayer.
If admission or a visa looks unlikely, you hear it before you pay. If it looks possible, you hear exactly what the file needs.
Forms, documents, submissions and university follow-up sit with our counsellors. That is the difference between advice and actual work.
Shortlists come from your marks, subject and budget. Not from whichever campus looks good in an advertisement.

Ask a counsellor01 · General
We offer career and academic counselling, university and programme selection, admission application assistance, SOP guidance, scholarship guidance, visa documentation guidance, interview preparation, pre-departure guidance and ongoing student support.

03 · General
The total cost depends on your destination, university, programme and lifestyle. Some public universities charge no tuition fees at all, while others differ significantly, and living costs vary from city to city. Instead of guessing, we build a realistic budget with you in consultation, covering tuition, accommodation, daily expenses and visa-related requirements, so you know the complete picture before you commit.
04 · Admissions
You can study abroad both with and without IELTS, it depends on your destination and university. With IELTS: most English-taught programmes accept IELTS (typically 6.0, 6.5) or an equivalent such as TOEFL or PTE. Without IELTS: many universities waive the requirement if your previous education was completed in English, some accept the university's own English test or an interview, and others offer English-medium pathways or foundation programmes. We check each university's exact policy against your profile and show you both options before you apply.
05 · Admissions
Ideally 6, 8 months before your intended intake. This gives you enough time for language tests, document preparation, university applications and visa processing, comfortably, without last-minute pressure. Starting earlier is even better if scholarships are part of your plan.
06 · Visa
Most student visas permit part-time work during term time (commonly up to 20 hours per week) and full-time during holidays. After graduation, many destinations also offer a Post-Study Work (PSW) visa, allowing you to stay and work for a set period, which can open doors to long-term career opportunities. Exact rules vary by country, so always follow the conditions of your specific visa.
07 · Visa
Yes. We provide document checklists, financial documentation guidance, application review and interview preparation. The visa application itself is submitted by the student, as required by law.
08 · Scholarships
We help you find scholarships you are genuinely eligible for and build strong applications. Awards are decided by scholarship providers, no one can guarantee a win, and you should treat anyone who does with caution.
